Mt. Manaslu (8,163m) is proud to be standing as the 8 highest Mountain of the World, Mt. Manaslu (8,163m) lies in west-central part of Nepal. Manaslu (meaning in Nepali “mountain of the spirit”) local people around that region has some spiritual value over the mountain.  Manaslu was first climbed by members of a Japanese expedition on May 9, 1956 by Toshio Imanishi and Gyalzen Norbu. Since then it known as Japanese mountain.

Manaslu Circuit Trek is one of the most selling and offering trek from Nepal.  If you want to see the Tibetan culture in Nepal, of course, you have to go to Manaslu valley. Hindu – Tibetan culture, wildlife, stunning and snow-capped mountain scenario, greenery of forests are the major fascinating elements of Manaslu Circuit Trekking.

The one feature which makes people eager to trek in Manaslu circuit is that Manaslu Valley/Tsum valley is a privileged region for foreign tourists.  This trek is one of the easier trek which is followed by the Gorge of the river Budhi Gandaki. Every year, nearly 2000 – 3000 people complete Manaslu Circuit Trek.

Day 01 :
Day 1

Helicopter fly from Kathmandu to Sama Gau (3520 m). Stay overnight at Sama Gau (3520 m).

Day 02 :
Day 2

Rest Day at Sama Gau (3520 m), Look around and enjoy the Nepali typical community.

Day 03 :
Day 3

Trek from Sama Gau (3520 m) to Samdo (3875 m), It takes about 4 hours.

Trek Style: Ascend

Features: Mountain view of Manaslu, Naike, Samdo Himal, Pangbuche Peak

Day 04 :
Day 4

Trek from Samdo (3875 m) to Dharamsala (4460 m), It takes about 3 and Half to 4 and half Hours.

Trek Style: Ascend

Features: Mountain view of Manaslu, Naike, Samdo Himal, Larkya Peak, Lajyung Himal.

Day 05 :
Day 5

Trek from Dharamsala (4460 m) via Larkyala Pass (5160 m) to Bimthang (3590 m), It takes about 8 to 9 Hours.

Trek Style: Ascend 4 Hours and Descent 4 Hours.

Features: Mountain view of Kangguru, Annapurna II, Himlung, Cheo Himal, Gyaji Kang, Larkey Peak, Namjung Himal, Ratna Chuli.

Day 06 :
Day 6

Rest day at Bimthang (3590 m).

Features: Mountain view of Lamjung and Manaslu, Phungi, Himlung, Cheo Himal, Rock Shelter cave

Day 07 :
Day 7

Helicopter flight from Bimthang (3590 m) to Pokhara and same day local domastic flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu.
