* For the prior booking and to make sure about the tour 30% of the total trip funds can be remitted to our bank account as per the convenience. All bookings are accepted and after the receivable of deposit amount we make effective arrangements in advance such as booking hotel, domestic flight, surface transportation, Permit, etc

* Final payment should be settled upon the arrival to Kathmandu or one day before the first day of trip starts.

* We proudly accept US Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling, Swiss Franc, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Singaporean Dollar, Japanese Yen, Chinese Yuan, Swedish Kroner, Denis Kroner, Hong Kong Dollar, Saudi Arab Riyal and Katari Riyal. We also accept travelers cheque and credit card but paying by credit card there is 4% extra bank charge.

* Due to unforeseen circumstances or any other serious problem if we are forced to cancel your booked tour, First Environmental Trekking (P.) Ltd. will endeavor to offer as alternative tour.
