He is regarded as Pioneer Entrepreneur in tourism sector of Nepal. His National and international experience in tourism sector have helped him to lead his company as Managing Director. He was born in Dhading and has completed his graduation in Anthropology Political Science from Tribhuban University and has Academic Knowledge in Sociology. He entered in tourism in 1993 as entrepreneur and since very beginning contributed tremendously for development of eco-tourism and village tourism. His international experience in countries such as USA, U.K., Thailand, Singapore, China (Tibet), Bhutan and India and

some countries of Europe like Belgium, France, The Netherlands, German and few other countries has granted him tremendous opportunities to study the ethics and nature of global tourism and to have corporate relationship with tour entrepreneurs in these countries Being vehement supporter of eco-tourism since beginning, he is well motivated towards Eco-friendly practices. His Participation to Various Conference throughout the world to flourish the tourism sector of Nepal is highly admirable. On February 13 – 14, 2010 he Join the La Times Travel &Adventure Show being held at the LA Convention Centre in Los Angeles, participated by135 different countries. To promote the Mount Kailash Tour – Tibet he joins the many different business conference held at different parts of India. Recently, his contribution for schools children of remote part of the country to develop their career and promote the eco – tourism, Peace tourism, health tourism, Village tourism and Agricultural tourism has motivated lot of people to participate. His aim is to help protect and preserve this beautiful environment for future generations of Trekkers to enjoy. He ensures that all porters and all other staff going above the tree line are Provided with adequate clothing and equipment. He has offered the facility to provide life insurance and emergency helicopter evacuation for his more than 18 years experienced staff.
